Maui Vacation
My girlfriend and I visited Maui (Hawaii) in February. Our hotel was great, the weather was nice, and it was really relaxing. Here are some photos (click to enlarge):

Silverswords; this unique plant only grows near the top of Haleakala Volcano. Another variant of the silversword grows near the top of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Willy-B: gee, thanks... first time you've complimented me on photography.... but then again, it's easy to take great pictures in a beautiful place with beautiful weather.
Anyway, those were taken with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX9 6 megapixel camera.
wow, been a while since your last update. LUCKY! Hawaii eh? Your hotel must've been nice, as that's a very nice shot. anyways, hopefully i'll go to hawaii one day.
Yeah, I've been kinda busy, and there hasn't been much opportunities for good photos during the winter here in Japan. I'm looking forward to the spring when the cherry trees bloom.
Anyway, I hope you get a chance to visit Hawaii. It's really a beautiful place.
